Finding Inspiration From Past Projects

We've had the opportunity to work with a lot of awesome brands on many unique projects. Looking back, it's easy for us to find inspiration in some of our favorite booth designs. We want to share those designs, because sometimes, a single, fresh idea can make all the difference in creating your brand's dream design. Here are a few of our favorite all-star designs.

Alarm.com

Alarm.com wanted to make a major impact at ISC West by showcasing the full potential of their smart home and business security solutions. The final 40x50 design included three distinct zones that attendees could explore on their own including a simulated bakery, smart home, and GPS zone.

Idea to Try: SEG fabric with brick texture to imitate brick walls.

Beyond Meat

Beyond Meat is all about sustainability. They chose a custom rental because they didn't want to buy a booth that would just go to waste after one use. We implemented reusable graphics, 3D signage, and structural elements to create an eye-catching design that wouldn’t go to waste after a single show.

Idea to Try: Simulating environments, like Beyond Meat's classic deli look.

Bugcrowd

A massive overhanging sign, bold A/V displays, and multiple casual meeting areas gave Bugcrowd the killer design they needed to rock BlackHat USA 2018.

Idea to Try: Recessed lighting to make podiums and reception areas pop.

Cushman & Wakefield

Product demo areas inspired Cushman & Wakefield’s design for CorNet North America in Boston. Their bright, open design featured multiple high-top tables where staff could show attendees the company's innovative commercial real estate services. And, when it was time for a more serious discussion, a private meeting area provided the perfect place to sit down and talk.

Idea to Try: Adding a bowl of mints, a USB charging station, and international charging stations.

Epic Fuels

After exhibiting the same booth for 10 years, Epic Fuels nearly quit attending trade shows because of their tired, out-of-date design. We brought their exhibit back to life with a fresh booth that matched their marketing goals of communicating their high-quality, high-end products. With a rental, they got a new, custom design and broke the cycle of booth ownership.

Idea to Try: Gravity-defying ceiling structure that ties overhead signage directly into booth walls.

Gracenote

Gracenote’s massive event space for CES had tons of potential. We maximized every inch of space with multiple product demo areas, private meeting spaces, big A/V displays, and an elegant reception area that welcomed attendees to the booth from multiple angles.

Idea to Try: Edge-lit letters for company logos and brand names.

OVH

OVH, a French cloud-computing company, had two huge challenges going into the launch of VMWorld in Vegas. First, it was their first opportunity to make a big splash into the US market, where they’d have to compete against giants like Amazon and Microsoft. Second, their new branding wasn't finalized until a few weeks before the show. We rose to both challenges by creating a dynamic design that utilized big overhanging signage, bold displays, and all of their newest branding choices.

Idea to Try: Concentric, massive overhanging signs that draw attendee attention.

Samsung

For Money 20/20 in Vegas, Samsung came to us with a few significant challenges. They were on a tight budget, and they needed a design that could be built in a day, instead of the usual timeframe of 2-3 days. With clear communication and our proven design process, we found a way to deliver a two-level exhibit that set up in a single day and aligned with their budget.

Idea to Try: Second stories allow for private meeting rooms without sacrificing floor space.

SSI Schaefer

SSI Schaefer’s suite of material-handling products and warehouse automation services required lots of product demo areas at Modex in Atlanta. We delivered with a cohesive design that encouraged attendee engagement without sacrificing traffic flow.

Idea to Try: Open traffic flow that encourages attendees to enter the booth from all sides.

Synergy Blue

We love to have fun, so designing a booth that showed off Synergy Blue’s arcade-style casino games was an easy favorite for our team. Big overhanging signs, multiple gaming areas, and bold, bright flooring welcomed attendees to have an awesome time as soon as they entered the exhibit.

Idea to Try: Eye-catching demos on the perimeter and casual meeting spaces in the center.
